When am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, then automatically each period after that. You will see the exact renewal date in your account before you confirm.
Can I cancel mid-season?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
What counts as a snowfall?
We agree a trigger depth with you before winter. Once accumulation passes it, your property goes on the route without you calling.
What if my property is unusual?
Large lots, steep approaches and multi-building sites are quoted directly rather than sold from this page. Send an enquiry and we will price it.
